With everyone's safety in mind, guests in Sandburg Halls need to register in order to enter the building from 5 pm - 7 am. The doors in Purin Hall and Kenilworth Square are locked 24 hours per day. Guests in these buildings should remain with their host at all times.

In order to enter Sandburg from 5 pm - 7 am, any non-resident must be pre-registered as a guest, and accompanied by the resident who registered him or her. In order to register as a guest click on the Guest Registration button above.

Active registration hours are Sunday-Saturday, 6pm - 3am. However, guest registration is available 24 hours if requested.

Any guest age 13 or older must show proof of identity. The only acceptable form of identification is a picture ID, such as a Driver's License, State ID, or school ID.

Hosts must escort their guests at all times, including both entering and exiting the building. If a resident's guest violates any regulation, the resident will be held financially and contractually responsible for the guest's conduct. Guests involved in a policy matter will be escorted from the building and temporarily banned until the incident can be processed.  The incident will be processed during regular business hours.
