Access to Success is a campus-wide initiative designed to help students achieve greater success, especially during their first year. The goals and actions of Access to Success are embraced by the entire UWM community and include a continuum of initiatives starting with recruitment and culminating in graduation.

Why should students participate in Access to Success programs?

Research shows that students who participate in these activities are more likely to successfully complete their first year and return for a second year than the freshman population as a whole. And students have very positive things to say about these programs.
