Note: Graduates of the Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business and College of Engineering and Applied Science may seek additional services at their respective college’s career services center as well as at the Career Development Center.

UWM Career Transitions Center
The CTC creates successful career changes through
individual coaching, career assessments (MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory), resume reviews and job seeking tips. Contact Rachelle Perotto, Program Director at or 414-227-3243. There is a 20% discount for UWM alumni.

Goodwill Workforce Connection Centers bridge the gap between the job seeker and local companies, offering an array of job search assistance free of charge and no appointment is necessary.

Goodwill Talent Bridge provides customized, strategic talent solutions for clients.  Talent Bridge staff listen to their partners to really understand their needs, and then create a customized plan that matches employees with employers to ensure success.
