The Department of Music is situated within the attractive Peck School of the Arts complex in the heart of the UWM campus and is a major tenant of the recently acquired and renovated Helene Zelazo Center for the Performing Arts. Facilities include a 300-seat recital hall, the 750-seat Helen Bader Concert Hall in the Zelazo Center, two computer music studios, a new 20-station music computer lab, 60 practice rooms, and an extensive music library. The Peck School of the Arts is also home to the internationally renowned Fine Arts Quartet.
