Share |

"Total JQuery” is the topic of a full-day workshop hosted by the Center for Technology Innovation at UWM’s Lubar School of Business.  The workshop takes place on Friday, April 27, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., in Room N146 of Lubar Hall, 3202 N. Maryland Ave. in Milwaukee.

JQuery today stands as the most popular JavaScript library, empowering developers to write rich, dynamic applications with minimal code and allowing for maximum reuse. This code-heavy workshop is for web developers and programmers with intermediate JavaScript knowledge and server-side experience (Java EE/.Net) who look to get started with JQuery and JQuery UI. It will provide plenty of code samples and demos highlighting how to use JQuery's API and UI widgets within participants' code and web applications.

Presenter Raju Gandhi of Integrallis is a Java/Ruby developer and a programmer. He has been writing software for over a decade in several industries, including education, finance, construction, and manufacturing. He spends his time designing and building software for his clients, training, speaking, and participating in local user groups.

The cost for the workshop is $145.  For a printable brochure and to register online, visit, or for additional information, call the UWM Lubar School of Business at 414-229-3992.
