ALPFA:  Building Latino Business Leaders
ALPFA is the leading national professional association, consisting of 37 chapters and numerous student chapters across the country. We are dedicated to enhancing opportunities for Latinos in the accounting, finance and related professions; membership is open to anyone who shares our values, mission, and principles. ALPFA creates opportunities, adds value, and builds relationships for its members, the community and its business partners while seeking to expand Latino Leadership in the global workforce.  Our shared values include Professional Growth, Relationship Building, Inclusiveness, Service, Integrity and Cultural Dedication. If you are a business major who shares these values, please join the UWM student chapter of ALPFA!

Activities include hosting bi-weekly professional meetings where students can hear from, interact and network with Latino professionals from the Milwaukee business community. Throughout the semester, members will also have the opportunity to give back to their communities through various volunteer activities. In addition, members will have the opportunity to build relationships with their fellow students through social activities throughout the semester.
