Nervous that you won’t have support when you arrive on campus? The idea of starting college can be very intimidating. We want you to rest assured that the services and resources you need are readily available.

AdvisingCEAS offers personal, individualized advising to all students. Academic advisors are available to support students throughout their entire stay at CEAS.

TutoringThe CEAS Volunteer Tutoring Center offers tutoring in most of the core engineering and computer science courses. Students can drop-in at their convenience to receive help, or simply bounce ideas off of someone else studying in the center.  

FORTE: Summer Enrichment, Peer Mentoring, and Living Learning CommunitiesWith the support of the National Science Foundation (NSF), CEAS offers several enriching programs for new students, including a summer enrichment program, peer mentoring, and living learning communities.

Career ServicesThe CEAS Office of Career Services helps students secure real world experience through co-ops and internships. The office also provides resume reviews and interview coaching.

Office of DiversityThe diversity of the students, faculty and staff is the strength of our college. CEAS honors diversity through advising, student organizations, community outreach, and enrichment opportunities.

Student OrganizationsParticipating in student organizations allows students to grow academically, personally and professionally. A number of organizations exist, based on a variety of interest areas.
