UWM Campus Ambassadors are
individuals who possess a keen desire to contribute to the life of the
University. Through a variety of experiences and opportunities, they have
the power to make a positive and lasting difference in the UWM community,
and develop great leadership and resume-building skills in the process.
Approximately 150 Campus Ambassadors will play a key role throughout Orientation
Day by leading groups of new freshmen through activities and discussions.
They will maintain contact with their group of freshman throughout the
year. Campus Ambassadors will also participate in a variety of self-elected
campus initiatives, which may include serving on campus committees, representing
UWM on student panels and participating in other high-level service opportunities.
Who is eligible?
Any returning undergraduate
UWM student who will be enrolled in the fall semester is eligible. Campus
