Summary:

     We help facilitate participation in the co-curricular life of UWM, encouraging the development of healthy lifestyles and the exploration of the rich cultural, educational and social opportunities available on campus.


Who is eligible?

     Any UWM student, including non-traditional students, graduate students and any others.

Who would this opportunity appeal to?

Benefits:

     As peer mentors students will develop strategies to improve their individual learning and retention in the following areas: academic and social competence, career exploration, personal identity and vision, personal health/wellness and the development of healthy relationships. Students will also gain valuable knowledge about the value of mentoring/coaching in their lives and the lives of the students they serve.
