The conference is designed to provide a forum relevant to educators in the U.S. and Europe, wherein practitioners not only learn the most modern, research-based techniques for serving underprepared students; they also provide researchers with guidance on emerging issues requiring further research. One feature of the conference, the research brainstorming brunch, will help set the agenda for future research.
