	At this time of year, it is particularly worthwhile for us to mindfully consider the added stress that final exams and the holiday season place on every member of our campus community. The social, financial, and physical pressures at this time of year can be significant and have the potential to negatively impact our health and well-being, as well as our ability to succeed both academically and socially on campus.
