Complete the form below to register for UWM Camp-In. This event has a $25 registration fee. Checks can be made payable to UWM. Please include the student's name and the date of the event on the check and mail it to:

To complete your registration, please mail the $25 registration fee at least twelve days prior to the program. Students are required to attend the entire program which begin Sunday 4:00 p.m. and end Monday, 3:00 p.m.
