Free Health Coaching Sessions



Kerri WeishoffUWM Human Resources in conjunction with Best Places to Work will be offering FREE Health Coaching sessions during the Spring 2014 Semester.

Health Coaching is 1 on 1 coach and client sessions that are client led. Meet Health Coach Kerri Weishoff.

The coach and the client form a communication connection to identify the issue that the client wants to address and achieve clarity with. The ultimate goal for the client with the support of the coach is to discover their own inner expert.

Appointment Hours:
Mondays 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Thursdays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.



Schedule a FREE 30-60 minute Health Coaching Session

To register, click on the date and time you would like, then click register. If the time you would like indicates that registration is closed, that time slot is not available and you must choose another time and/or date. You will receive a confirmation email and an option to add the event to your calendar.

To register for the classes listed below, go to the Wellness Calendar. Once at the calendar, click on the desired class by locating the appropriate start date. The details of the class will pop up, click on the Register to this Event link to complete the registration form.

How do I pay?

Payment is due by Friday, February 14, 2014. Checks or exact cash only. Checks should be made out to UW Milwaukee Human Resources and delivered to Engelmann Hall 125, Attention: Susan Curtis.

Yoga practice is an excellent way to build strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance while at the same time bringing our attention to what we're doing in the body, quieting the mind and reducing stress.
