Tai Chi With Michale Meyers

Tai Chi Ch'uan is an ancient system of Chinese exercises based on traditional Chinese medicine. It is a non-aerobic, low impact health exercise that practiced regularly can help reduce and prevent stress, improve flexibility, strength, energy, coordination, balance, stamina and agility. If you have any health issues or if you do not regularly engage in physical activity, it is recommended that you consult with your physician BEFORE beginning an exercise program. NO refunds after June 4.

Total Body Toning with Tracy Oles-Fairchild

No matter your experience, you can gain benefits like strength, balance, stability, flexibility and overall toning in this 45 minute resistance band based class. Please come prepared with a resistance band(s) and mat. Bands should be the kind with handles on the end and can be found at most any department or athletic store such as Target, Wal-Mart, Sports Authority, etc. NO refunds after June 4.

Yoga With Tracey Radloff

Yoga practice is an excellent way to build strength, stamina, flexibility and balance whole at the same time bringing our attention to what we're doing in the body, quieting the mind and reducing stress. If you have any health issues or if you do not regularly engage in physical activity, it is recommended that you consult with your physician BEFORE beginning an exercise program.

Requirements are a yoga mat, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, be ready for class to start at 12:15. NO refunds after June 5.

Zumba is exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin inspired calorie burning dance fitness party that is moving people toward joy and health.
