In order to access UWM's wireless "PROWLnet" , you must set up your computer to work on the network. Please note you must be on campus in order to set up your computer to work on the UWM wireless network.

First open up your system preferences and select "Network."

 

Then show Airport" status

 

Click on "Show AirPort status in menu bar"

 

Click "Apply Now" and quit out of System preferences

 

Click on "Airport Status" in your menu bar. Select "PROWLnet" from the list.

 

Now open either Safari or IE.

You should be taken to a screen that asks you to log in with your UWM username. After entering your username/password you MUST CLICK LOGIN to successfully log in.



You will then be re-directed to your home page.
