ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE
The Mainstage Theatre lobby is currently available to receive a public art work. The commissioning process will proceed as follows:

Spring 2006
February 6, 2006 RFQ issued
March 6, 2006 RFQ responses/artist qualifications due
March 15, 2006 Jurors meet to select finalists
March 20, 2006 Artist finalists selected; all entrants notified
April 4, 2006 Informal presentations and public presentation by finalists.
April 5, 2006 Jurors for finalist interviews and selection of artist.

April 10, 2006 Artist commission announced
May 12, 2006 Contract and residency plan developed

Summer/Fall 2006
(Dates and order of activities to be determined once commission is awarded.)
Final design plan approval
Artist residency
Completion of work
Installation of work
Dedication event
