Whether it's by explaining the value of a UWM education to high school students or by brainstorming creative community awareness campaigns, not a day goes by that she's not strengthening the reputation of the University. One of her most rewarding contributions to UWM is achieving a more unified brand for campus without having to be the "logo cop". She enjoys a more proactive and cooperative approach to work, and will do just about anything for her colleagues. Just don't say the "ass-word" around her.

(414) 227-3941

As Senior Communications Account Executive, Nicole leads integrated marketing efforts for the School of Education and the Joseph J. Zilber School of Public Health. If she looks familiar, it may be from the four years she spent working in the Peck School of the Arts, where she led the marketing for Kenilworth Open Studios, growing attendance from 700 to over 1200. Before coming to UWM, Nicole spent 10 years in the private sector, gaining agency experience working for a variety of clients including AT&T Wisconsin and 88Nine Radio Milwaukee. With a true passion for UWM, she’d do just about anything for the university. But there’s one thing you couldn’t pay her to do: bungee jump. Although she does feel she is most happy bouncing from project to project spreading UWM’s story of innovation, research and community engagement.

Lucky for us, her designs help make UWM the clear choice.

Don't blink, you don't want to miss the dashing upgrades this Web Editor and avid runner makes each and every day to UWM's site. In his 10+ years with the university, Greg has been instrumental in helping faculty and staff communicate their messages online and is always advocating for their needs. In fact, he was the guy who first convinced Former Chancellor John Schroeder that UWM needed a web presence. Beyond his web editing, athletic endeavors and commitment to service, Greg has also written and co-written two books on astronomical subjects. How does he manage it all? Greg says finding the unintentional humor in life is key. Maybe that's what gets him through any shin splints he may suffer while running along the information superhighway.
